Mahopac National Bank has hired two women with a combined 40 years of banking experience to coordinate its residential mortgage and business development efforts.Kathy Lee Scannello of Warwick was named vice president/residential lending manager, and Roberta Theiss of Fishkill was hired as a business development officer for the bank’s Dutchess County branches.

Scannello has worked in all facets of the mortgage industry over the past 17 years. Most recently, she worked for Wells Fargo, and prior to that she was with GE Money Bank.Her office will be at the bank’s corporate headquarters in Brewster.
