After winning the title of the best foreign-funded bank in Vietnam in 2008, Taiwan’s Mega International Financial Bank again polishes the island’s financial industry as it received the Asian Banker Achievement Award for Trade Finance in Taiwan, according to Commercial Times.The Asian Banker Achievement Award is established by the Asian Banker Magazine to recognize banks or financial operators for their distinguished performance in market share and efficiency over cash management, trade finance and collection and payment services.

The prize winners are determined by a comprehensive investigation conducted by experts of repute. And a questionnaire survey of 38,000 readers is also required for the objective evaluation of candidates. In addition to Mega Bank, international-known Standard Chartered and City Banks also received the glory in other prizes at the annual financial feast held in April 19 in Singapore.
